I had an art gallery opening last Thursday at school. The theme was self portraits. This is the finished product of my self-portrait oil painting. I had to do a panel with some sort of texture thing to go beside it, which is what you see on the left.
Another project we had was to do a self portrait in graphite. This is what I came up with. I'm not very happy with the results, and if I was doing it over I would have gone in a completely different direction. Part of the criteria was to use text, which is the background.
These pictures were taken with a camera phone, soooo they are kind of bad quality.

This is so freakin AMAZING artwork Taylor! The hands on the bottom one look so real, and it's cool the expression you have in that one too. The top one is of course spectacular. It really looks like you.
